To give you the peace of mind knowing that when you are away from Harbor Country someone is assisting you with the care of your cottage or second home.

Services

 

When you are away we provide weekly inspections to help assure security and safety by verifying that:

• Doors and windows are locked

• Heat and A/C are working

• Water and drains are working

• Wind or water damage is addressed

• Your property is clean and looks lived in by removing newspapers or litter

• Any vandalism is addressed

• Your plants are watered

• Hot Tub chemicals levels are maintained

Documentation If we find a problem we will immediately email you a report with photos where applicable.

 

When you are in Harbor Country or on your way here we offer you personal services so you can quickly get to the things that matter, like having fun.  We can:

• Turn on heat and water before you arrive

• Do basic grocery shopping for your convenience

            Click Grocery List

• Transport you to and from the train in New Buffalo

• Transport you to and from the train depot or airlines drop off points in Michigan City

• Turn on Hot Tub

• Package receipt - local contact for package delivery

• Forward contractor progress reports to you.

If there are additional services that you would like us to provide, please let us know and we will do our best to be there for you.

 

After you leave we offer cleaning services to meet your needs:

• Cottage or House Cleaning

            Weekly, bi-weekly, year round

• Rental Move-In and Move-Out

• Spring and Fall House Cleaning

• Construction Clean Up

• Window Washing

• We can also be your local contact if your security alarm goes off.

 

 

We also provide Home Maintenance Referrals:

• Lawn maintenance and gardening

• Painting inside and out

• Carpentry

• Plumbing

• Electric

• Tree trimming and removal

• Snow plowing

We have participated in two second home remodels so we realize how important it is for you to know the status of your project.    We can be there to give you a progress report.
