After years of cottage ownership in Harbor County we decided we wanted to live here full time and to provide a service where we could help to make cottage ownership more worry free for those who are not able to enjoy being here year round.

Betty Scanlan Betty's background includes 20 years of executive support and management of teams and processes for General Motors where she was also entrusted with managing a multi-million dollar budget. In addition to Betty's corporate background, she actively participated in overseeing the family business. |

Rick Scanlan A successful entrepreneur in the service and food industries, Rick was most recently a twenty year owner of a commercial janitorial business which provided office cleaning for hundreds of large and small offices and businesses throughout the State of Michigan. He is experienced working with contractors and tradesmen of all types. |
Rick and Betty have two sons who both live nearby in Michigan. They are proud of their two young granddaughters.
